By making a purchase on www.realgritcompany.com, you agree to the terms of the Return and Refund Policy outlined below, including our 30-day return window, our requirement that returned items be unworn and unwashed, that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and that all final sale items are non-refundable.


1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an item purchased from our store. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect will not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Personalized/Custom Gear: Any products customized or made-to-order are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to a company error (such as a defective item or an incorrect item being shipped). In the case of a verified company error, REAL GRIT COMPANY will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at realgritcompanyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is acknowledged, you will be provided with the return shipping address.

6. Refunds and Inspection

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at realgritcompanyofficial@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) for verified manufacturing defects.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the standard return process applies, and a new order must be placed for the replacement item.
